Typing speed is mandatory to be good in programming or system jobs.
I am not good in programming, but this is what I found about advices in the net:

+concentration is essential for programming.

+prolonged period to keep practicing

+start journey with relative simple language, learn the basic, don't master it. Go for language to understand memory management, garbage collection and fundamental concepts. Then, it's time to master a language.

+learn programming to prove that you can establish it.

+start a small project and you will learn from it during the process.

通り (Tōri or Dōri)

とおり and どおり

「人生は自分の( )とおりにはいかない」
Which is the correct answer for the above blank?
A: 考え
B: 計画
C: 思う
The correct answer is C.
Explanation)
とおり and どおり have the same meaning, but the usages are different.
The basic principle is shown below.
動詞(a verb) + とおり
 名詞(a noun) + どおり
On that case, the question sentence uses とおり, then you should place a verb in the blank parenthesis.
考え and 計画 are nouns, 思う is a verb, so 思う is the correct answer.
考え may seem like 連用形 of the verb 考える, but it can be used as a noun also. In this case, 考え is a noun, the meaning is “What you thought”.
If you try to write A,B or C properly, please use the examples below.
考えた とおり
考え どおり
計画した とおり
計画 どおり
思う とおり
思い どおり
